Welcome to the Wild Woman Collective—A Space for Women in Midlife
Hey, Wild Woman—
I see you.
You’re navigating midlife with a heart full of wisdom—but also with questions that don’t come with easy answers.
You’re carrying so much—career, family, your aging parents, your changing body, and the quiet ache of wanting more. You try to remember yourself in the middle of it all.
You’re not lost, but something’s shifting.
Maybe you feel a little foggy. Maybe a little restless.
Or maybe you’re just finally ready to feel like yourself again.
You’re not alone.
And this is exactly why I created the Wild Woman Collective.
What is the Wild Woman Collective?
It’s a space for women in midlife who are ready to stop pretending, start listening inward, and live more honestly—on their own terms.
A place where we honor our rhythms, challenge cultural expectations, and create lives that feel rooted, real, and spacious.
Here, we talk about:
🌿 Women’s Wisdom, Women’s Ways – How to reconnect with your natural cycles and deeper knowing.
🔥 Letting Go of “Shoulds” – Dismantling the rules about success, productivity, and what makes a “good woman.”
💡 Freedom as a Felt Sense – How to release what no longer fits—and become who you were always meant to be.

Why I’m Writing This
I’ve spent my life reclaiming freedom.
I left former communist Germany to escape control.
I spent two decades in corporate Canada chasing success that never felt like mine.
I chose not to become a mother, even when the world told me my worth was tied to it.
I chose sobriety, when I realized I didn’t want to numb myself anymore.
And now?
I choose to create a space where women like you can remember who they are—without shame, without pressure, and without needing to be anything other than whole and human.
Midlife is not a crisis—it’s a reclamation.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
